All of our cold pressed juice is extracted using a hydraulic press. This method minimizes the disruption of the vitamins, minerals and live enzymes during the juicing process and maximizes the nutritional benefit our bodies love.
Our juice is exactly what it says on the label. We don’t add sugar or any additives. We always use the highest quality organic produce when making our juice.
Using glass bottles helps us to reduce our eco-footprint. Glass bottles must be washed in order for us to take them back. We reserve the right to refuse dirty bottles. This is a sanitation guideline
and we must comply in order for us to continue to use glass bottles.
This is a great question when it comes to juicing!
Juicing is the process that extracts most of the insoluble fiber out of the fruit and vegetables while the soluble fiber remains.
Insoluble fiber adds bulk to the stool, helps to keep the bowels regular, fills you up and speeds up the passage of food through the digestive tract. This is mostly removed from the juice although it is still present in smaller amounts.
When you remove the insoluble fiber and are left with the fluid part of the fruits and vegetables, it allows easier assimilation and absorption of the vitamins, minerals and other important phytonutrients across the digestive tract.

Switchel is a brew we make based on a recipe used by farmers dating back to the 1800’s. Farmers enjoyed the drink as a way to cool down while working in the hot fields.
We have added a few modern-day twists to our Switchel. We use five simple ingredients when making our delicious brew: Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Lemon juice, Organic Michigan Maple Syrup, Organic Ginger Root and Organic Turmeric Root.
